A little about me.
I'm 22, originally from Brazil — even if I don't look like it. I moved to South Florida in 2015 with my family, and English was not my first language. I also speak Portuguese fluently and conversational Spanish. Growing up across cultures built the kind of empathy that you can't train into a salesperson.
At 18, I enrolled in a Bachelor of Architecture at Florida Atlantic University. At 19 — still a full-time student — I got my real estate license completely on my own. No family in the business. No connections. Just my own drive to get into sales young.
That's what a mortgage broker told me at 19. Six weeks into real estate, I had built my own lead generation system from scratch and landed a $2.6M exclusive listing. I closed it for $2.3 million in one month. Since then I've closed six luxury deals in my first year — all while finishing my degree.
I also have a deep, self-directed background in psychology and I'm exploring a master's degree in it. Understanding what drives human decisions is the foundation of how I sell. I don't close through pressure — I close through genuine care, and people feel the difference.
Right now I'm handpicking the right opportunity. I've built an entire system just to find the right company — because if I'm going to close for someone, it has to be something I personally stand behind. That commitment is the same energy I'll bring to your calls.
